Shipping within New Zealand

After purchase, parcels are usually sent within 2-5 working days, unless specified in your listing as a custom order. All items are packed and shipped by just one person. Please be patient but do contact me if you have not received notification after that period. 

All orders are shipped using Go Sweet Spot. Satchels are compostable and bubble wrap is re-used wherever possible. 

There are two options: A flat rate, or rural delivery. Please be honest as this could slow your delivery time if it comes back to me.

Missing parcels

Please do let me know within a reasonable timeframe if you have not received your parcel. Also, making sure you specify a safe place to leave your parcel is a good idea if you think your home may be an easy target for parcel-snafflers! Signature required is also available upon request.
